The PRE (SPANISH PUREBRED) is a horse of imposing presence, with
spectacular, high airs, sub convex facial profile, slightly arched
medium-length neck, and plentiful, silky mane.
Its torso is robust and proportioned, average-wide cross, muscular
back, short and wide loin, gracefully linked to its back and hindquarters.
The hindquarters are average length and width, with a predominant,
round, and slightly oblique length. The tail's origin is low,
which keeps it close to the body. It has long, abundant bristles.
The PRE's back is long, oblique and muscular. Its arm is strong
and slightly bent; its forearm is potent and well-directed. Its
knees are dry, strong and marked. It has long bones, clean tendons,
dry and remarkable giblets, and compact, well-proportioned hooves.
The PRE's thighs and buttocks are muscular; its legs are long
and strong. The rest of the extremities have identical characteristics
to the front extremities.
Its movements are agile, elevated, extensive, harmonic and graceful.
It has a special predisposition for reunited airs and turns over
its rear.
